After braving the party of a notorious baron and foiling the Shroud's plan
to create and run an illegal Skaynnite Refinery on Nexus, Allan and his friends find themselves
embroiled in a political mess that threatens the freedom and safety of a member of the United Planets,
and possibly the United Planets as a whole!
Can Allan and his allies defuse the situation and stop a civil war on some backwater planet,
or will disaster strike and leave no one for the U.P. to Leen on?
